Long journeys are being calculated with the my rates for a shorter distance

If this is the case, please check your rates in the dashboard. All serivces and vehicles should have a rate with Boundary Distance is 0.

The rates with boundary distance = 0 will be used for all miles over your longest boundary distance.

If the rate is missing the calculater will not be able to calculate a quote for long journeys.
